FF&E01
FF&E is where concept becomes tangible. Through the thoughtful selection of furniture, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and accessories, I create cohesive environments that support both function and atmosphere. Each specification is chosen to enhance the overall design narrative while meeting the practical needs of the client and the space.
02
stagingThrough strategic furniture layouts, layered styling, and intentional material and color selections, I transform vacant or lived-in homes into warm, cohesive environments that resonate with prospective buyers and showcase each property's full potential, while increasing its perceived value.
03
visualization3DAs the Lead Merchandiser/Stylist for luxury furnishings wholesaler, Classic Home, I managed the company's visual standards. Aside from photography styling, I developed compelling lifestyle imagery for best-selling and new collections using Imagine.io, leveraging cinematic lighting and color grading to produce photorealistic visualizations.
04
Beginning with hand-drawn bubble diagrams, I explored spatial relationships and room adjacencies before developing the design into scaled architectural drawings. The final package includes floor plans, elevations, lighting plans, and axonometric views, demonstrating my ability to translate conceptual thinking into cohesive technical documentation.
